Opera requires the use of our award-winning in-house caterer. Opera features a full kitchen on-site just off the Venetian Room. Outside catering is only allowed for religious exemption (e.g. certified kosher) or as approved by the Director of Events. Opera can gladly accommodate kosher ingredients and vegetarian options. If the client is requesting specific ethnic food (e.g. traditional Indian), Opera will hire a knowledgeable, well regarded chef as a consultant.

In-House Catering

Executive Chef Jeffrey McGar and his culinary team are committed to creating restaurant quality, deconstructed gourmet cuisine of all cultures. Average menus start at $20/pp for cocktail receptions and $50/pp for plated dinners (staffing fees, taxes and service charges not included). Chef McGar is experienced in both buffet and plated dinners for groups from 50-1,050. Please note certain menu items may not be feasible for large groups (300+) and prices are subject to change to reflect guest count and market price.
